Real estate investing and construction will increasingly become more and more important. I think finally there will be some progress on REITS. Formal Real estate investing and valuation is a new area for Pakistan, so to discuss this, I have invited Georg Bucher, Managing Partner of Kalrock Capital in Germany. Georg was previously Board Director/head of capital markets for Camden Market (a £1.5bn market cap company). He has been head of real estate investment banking at UBS, Deutsche Bank and Berenberg and has raised more than $15bn for real estate transactions in Europe.
